In pursuit of beauty, we sometimes commit crazy actsactions – we spend huge amounts of money on visiting beauty salons or buying expensive cosmetic products. But what to do when there is no time to visit a cosmetologist, and your favorite cream, as luck would have it, is gone? Treat yourself to a homemade apple mask. In order to prepare apple masks, you don’t even have to leave home – everything you need can be found in your refrigerator. Apples contain vitamins B and C, organic acids, pectin, essential oil, phytoncides, carotene and about 30 microelements. Thanks to biologically active substances, apple masks soften and renew the skin, tone, perfectly relieve fatigue and help restore a fresh complexion. There are a great many apple masks according to “grandmother’s recipes” – choose! It is important to remember – for dry skin we prepare a mask from a sweet apple, and for oily skin – a mask from a sour apple.
Masks for normal skin
Combine the mashed apple with 1 beaten egg.The mask is applied to the face and décolleté area. Washed off after 10-15 minutes. This is a wonderful nourishing and vitamin remedy. Add 1 teaspoon of starch and 1 teaspoon of heavy cream to the grated apple. The mask is applied for 20 minutes, washed off with cool water. It refreshes the skin well.
For any skin
Rub the apple, carrot and cucumber.Mix the ingredients in a 1:1:1 ratio. Drain off excess liquid to prevent the mask from running. Apply the mask for 15-20 minutes and rinse with cool water. This vitamin apple mask improves complexion and is suitable for all skin types. Finely grate half an apple. Pour 40-50 ml of boiling cream into the resulting gruel and cook for 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture sit and cool (about 30 minutes). Apply the mask for 20 minutes. Rinse with cool water. The mask refreshes the skin and has a rejuvenating effect.
For oily skin
Boil the apple in milk and chop.Apply warm apple pulp to your face for 20 minutes. Add 3-4 drops of lemon juice to cool water and wash off the mask. This easy-to-make mask tightens pores, improves complexion, has a cleansing and astringent effect, makes the skin soft and velvety. Combine the mashed apple with egg white, apply the mask to your face. Wash off after 20 minutes. This mask recipe will help dry out oily, porous skin.
For problem skin
Grate a small amount of apple andhorseradish in a 2:1 ratio. Add 1 whipped egg white to the resulting mass. Mix all the ingredients of the mask and apply to the face for 20 minutes. It is better to wash off with cool water. The mask cleanses the skin, tightens enlarged pores. Add 1 tablespoon of potato starch to the mashed apple. Mix and apply to the skin of the face and neck for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water. Relieves inflammation, improves complexion.
For dry skin
Combine the mashed apple with 1 tsp.spoon of honey, 0.5 teaspoon of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil), 1 egg yolk, add a few drops of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well. Apply to the face and décolleté for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. A mask of apple and honey refreshes the skin, improves complexion, and improves blood circulation. Add the yolk of 1 egg, 2 teaspoons of cottage cheese, and 1 teaspoon of camphor oil to the grated half of an apple. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and apply to the face. Keep the mask on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse first with warm and then cool water. This mask will help soothe dry, irritated skin.
For dry, fading skin

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of honey to the warm apple mixture and immediately apply to your face, neck and décolleté. Remove the mask with warm water after 15-20 minutes. The baked apple mask smoothes the skin and makes it more elastic.
For the skin affected by cold wind
Mix 1 tbsp of grated apple and 1 tbsp.spoon of carrots. Add some kefir. Apply the mask in a thick layer. Rinse off the mask with warm water after 20 minutes. Remove the remains with a napkin soaked in hot water.
"Evening" refreshing mask
Grate the apple and banana on a fine grater.Add 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, a little starch for thickness. Apply the mask to the face and neck. Rinse with slightly warm water after 15-20 minutes. This mask is a real "first aid" for tired and toneless skin. The mask perfectly nourishes, moisturizes and tones the skin. Pour a small amount of milk over the mashed apple and put on very low heat. Simmer until soft. Transfer the apple pulp to a bowl and mix until the consistency of sour cream with the already prepared mixture for masks: 1.5 parts talc and oatmeal, 3 parts white clay, alum powder on the tip of a knife. Apply the warm mass to the face. Rinse the mask after 15 minutes with cold water with the addition of apple cider vinegar. This apple mask is difficult to prepare, but very effective.
