Eternal youth is the secret desireany of us. It was not for nothing that the famous Egyptian queen bathed in milk for it, and what some representatives of the female race did in the bloody Middle Ages is scary to remember! It just so happened that our age mainly changes the face: you can maintain an excellent figure until sixty or even seventy years old, but if you do not pay attention to the skin of the face, the effect will be one-sided. Who would want to look like a young nymph from behind and in the semi-darkness, and lose most of their charm in daylight? Fortunately, home lifting comes to our aid. The main thing is to remember that such procedures require a regular and comprehensive approach. You need to understand that after the first quick effect, a visible pause may occur; do not be upset and continue regular procedures, and in two to four months you will see excellent results.
How to do lifting masks
Let's start with the simplest option.lifting based on eggs. For oily skin, whites of chicken or quail eggs are great, for dry skin - yolks, which will not only tighten the skin, but also soften it.
- Mask from the egg
Making such masks is very simple.First, you need to cleanse the surface of your face. Then, after breaking an egg, separate the yolk and white and apply the desired part to your face with a cotton swab in as thin a layer as possible (depending on your skin type). After waiting ten minutes, apply a second layer, wait until it hardens completely and apply a third layer. The skin of your face should be well tightened. After that, wash off the mask with warm water, pat your face dry and apply a nourishing cream. This procedure should be repeated regularly for a month and a half, the effect will pleasantly surprise you. You should not add additional ingredients to such masks, as they can disrupt the mechanics of the process.
- Mask from aloe
Another recipe for an effective and universallifting masks at home. Almost every home has this wonderful plant on the windowsill, whose healing properties cannot be overestimated. To prepare the mask, you need to cut the yarrow leaves into small pieces, wrap them in two layers of foil, and put them in the refrigerator for fifteen days. Transfer the resulting jelly to a sterilized glass jar. Apply the jelly to pre-moistened facial skin every other day, leaving the composition on the skin for about fifteen, twenty-five or even thirty minutes. Wash off the remaining aloe jelly with cold water. The duration of such a course should be at least one and a half months. You can combine it with egg masks, alternating the procedures. That's it, you can start listening to compliments from friends, feeling twenty years younger.
- Mask of honey
Popular face rejuvenation masks based onhoney. Honey is generally wonderful in its variety of effects. Masks based on honey and yellow and red fruits or vegetables, which contain vitamin A, responsible for skin elasticity, are especially good. Try mixing honey and peach or apricot pulp in equal proportions, apply the resulting mixture to your face in a thick layer and leave to soak in for twenty minutes. Instead of the specified fruits, you can use grated carrots or skinless tomatoes. Use such compositions several times a week, alternating, for example, with gooseberry masks. Gooseberries are best suited for dry skin, but there are recipes suitable for those with oily skin. Here is a recipe for a lifting mask that is suitable for normal and dry skin: take two large spoons of gooseberries, crush them with a spoon or pestle, pour in half a glass of slightly warmed milk. Strain and add vegetable oil to the thick mixture, no more than a tablespoon. Apply this mixture to your face for ten to twenty minutes, remove with strained milk. The same recipe is suitable for oily skin, but the milk should be replaced with dry wine or low-fat kefir in the amount of a quarter of a glass.
- Mask of olive oil
Of course, each of us remembers about healingproperties of olive oil. It is often used by cosmetologists: when it is necessary to tighten and even rejuvenate the skin of the face, it helps out without fail. For example, you can finely chop a small bunch of dill, take a tablespoon of the resulting green mass, add a teaspoon of olive oil to it. Then you need to grind one or two tablespoons of rolled oats and gradually add oatmeal to the oil and dill. The result should be a thick gruel, which should be applied to the skin in a thick layer for twenty minutes, and then wash your face with cold water. Or take a tomato, peel it, chop it and add half a teaspoon of olive oil to the mass, then apply the mask to the skin of the face and wash off after half an hour with lukewarm water.
- Mask of cosmetic white clay
A very good product for maintaining beautyand youth of the face at the proper level is cosmetic white clay. Masks with it are very popular with professional cosmetologists, because its effect is invaluable, and it is very easy to use. It can be bought in any specialized store or pharmacy. Take two large spoons of clay, add a large spoon of freshly squeezed grape juice and drip seven to eight full drops of wheat germ oil. Apply the resulting mixture to your face in a thick layer, leaving it for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Very carefully wash off the composition and apply your favorite moisturizer. Or take the juice of one small lemon, mix it with a teaspoon of thin honey, add white clay with one large spoon. Apply the composition to a pre-cleaned face, leave until dry; when the mask is completely dry, wash it off with slightly warm water. Finally, wipe the skin with a refreshing toner.
- Herbal compress
Instead of regular masks, you can use herbal onescompresses. Pour a glass of boiling water over a tablespoon of dried chamomile, sage, dill or parsley and immediately close the container with the greens with a lid. Do not touch the mixture for fifteen minutes, let it brew well. Then strain and divide the substance into two parts - cool one, and the other, on the contrary, heat. Using gauze swabs, apply them alternately to problem areas on the face - usually these are the eyelids, "bags" under the eyes and the chin line. Carry out this procedure with compresses every other day for one and a half to two months; do not stop halfway, real results will appear after fifteen to twenty sessions.
Express masks with immediate effect
There are, of course, masks with an immediate effect. For example, a flaxseed mask, which is prepared as follows:
- Linen Mask
Grind flaxseed in a coffee grinder, tea grinderpour a spoon of the resulting powder with a small amount of water and boil for five minutes. Cool. Put a thin layer of the mask on your face and leave for ten to twenty minutes. Remove the rest of the mask with a cotton pad. Look in the mirror and smile! This is a universal face lifting mask. There is a “quick” recipe for oily skin:
- Mask of green cosmetic clay
Take a spoon of green cosmetic clay, a sheetof regular cabbage, half a glass of cream, egg white, half a teaspoon of thin honey. Bring the cream to a boil and immediately pour in the cabbage leaf; wait a little while, grind it into a gruel, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and apply to the face. After ten to twenty minutes, wash your face with cool, clean water. Both of the above recipes are good for a quick effect - they should be used before important events. The effect from them is wonderful, but, alas, it quickly passes. For a good, lasting effect, it is better to use regular courses of masks, alternating them if possible. Please note that before making a particular mask, you need to check if you are allergic to any of the components. To do this, apply a small amount of the controversial substance to the bend of the elbow and wait a few minutes. If redness, irritation or just unpleasant sensations appear in this place, it is better to choose some other composition for the future mask. It is not worth taking risks in such cases!
Addition to lifting masks: massage for better effect
Of course, for the ideal effect, a mask is betterjust supplement with regular self-massage and peeling. The latter can be done using ready-made special products, or you can make natural skin cleansing products at home. As exfoliating substances, you can use crushed oatmeal, coffee, sea salt, sugar and many other substances that will help remove dead cells from the surface of the skin. Self-massage improves blood circulation, supplies the skin with nutrients and improves the work of facial muscles. You need to do the massage several times a week, literally for five to ten minutes. There are several basic movements:
Each movement should be repeated eight to ten times.times. In combination with lifting masks, facial massage is very effective. Repeat these procedures regularly, do not spare time for yourself, and your skin will be young and beautiful for a very, very long time!
