- 4 tbsp. spoons of flour
- 1 bunch of parsley

Method of preparation:Chop the garlic, leek, onion and greens. Wash and chop the champignons. Cut four tomatoes into cubes. Fry the garlic and onion in a frying pan with olive oil, then add the leek, tomatoes, chopped parsley and basil. Once all the liquid has evaporated, add the mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes until the mushrooms are done. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the ham into cubes, cut the two remaining tomatoes into rings.
