But it is very simple. For example, a fruit salad for children can be a wonderful dessert or afternoon snack. There are quite a large number of recipes on the basis of which you can prepare delicious salads, but not all of them are suitable for children's nutrition. Fruit salad with yogurt
To start with, you can prepare the simplest onesalad - fruit, with yogurt sauce. It is prepared quite simply - you do not need to be a sophisticated cook for this. To prepare this salad, the set of fruits can be varied as desired - based on what is in the refrigerator. So, in the standard version, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 pear
- 2 tablespoons of any yogurt
This salad is prepared as follows.Cut the fruit into small cubes, place in a bowl and season with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and serve in about a minute. During this time, the fruit will release some juice – just a little bit. It is not recommended to prepare it in advance, as it quickly loses not only its beneficial properties, but also its taste.
Salad with pineapple
Another very tasty fruit salad,which you should definitely prepare for your baby is a salad with pineapple. It is not only extremely tasty and healthy, but also very original. Instead of a salad bowl in this case, we will use a hollow half of a pineapple. To prepare this salad, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 whole pineapple medium size
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple, preferably red
- 1 large orange
- 3 kiwis
- Any yogurt, preferably defatted
- Five walnuts
Preparing the salad:Cut the pineapple in half, then remove the pulp. Put the core aside and chop the pulp. Cut the kiwi and bananas into thin slices, and the oranges and apples into cubes. - 1 medium orange
- 1 banana, also large
- 1 medium sized pineapple

- 150 grams of apple clarified juice

Salad with grapefruit

- 100 grams of small grapes, preferably without pits
- 5 peeled walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of honey if the child does not have allergies. If the child is very small, replace honey with yogurt.
The salad is very easy to prepare.Cut tangerines, kiwi and apples into cubes of the same size. Do not chop the grapes. If you use honey for dressing, then after you dress the salad, put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. This is necessary so that the honey soaks the fruit properly.
