As soon as it comes to dessert - they are right here, in the forefront. And moms often puzzle over the question of how to make children's dessert not only tasty, but also useful. But it's very simple. For example, fruit salad for children can become a wonderful dessert or snack. There is a fairly large number of recipes on the basis of which you can prepare delicious salads, but not all of them are suitable for baby food. Fruit salad with yogurt
For starters, you can prepare the simplest salad- Fruity, with yoghurt sauce. It is prepared quite simply - you do not need to be a skilled cook. To make this salad, a set of fruits can be varied according to your desire - based on what is in the refrigerator. So, in the standard version, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 pear
- 2 tablespoons of any yogurt
This salad is prepared as follows. Fruit cut into cubes of small size, place in a bowl and season with mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly and serve on the table after about a minute. During this time, the fruit is slightly allowed to juice - just a little bit. In advance, it is not recommended to prepare it, as it quickly loses not only useful properties, but also taste qualities.
Salad with pineapple
Another very delicious fruit salad thatit is necessary to cook your baby - it's a salad with pineapple. It is not only extremely tasty and useful, but also very original. Instead of a salad bowl in this case, we will use half a piece of pineapple. To prepare this salad you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 whole pineapple medium size
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple, preferably red
- 1 large orange
- 3 kiwis
- Any yogurt, preferably defatted
- Five walnuts

- 1 medium sized pineapple

- 150 grams of apple clarified juice
This salad is prepared as follows. We remove the core and pineapple pulp from pineapple, previously cut in half. After that, put the core aside, and cut the pineapple pulp and the apple into cubes. Grapes cut into two or four parts, depending on the size of the berry. Banana and orange must be cut into strips. All the ingredients are filled with juice and mix very thoroughly. Put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then put in the halves of pineapple and serve to the table. Especially good is a salad in hot weather.
Salad with grapefruit

Preparing the salad is very simple. Mandarins, kiwi and apples cut into cubes of the same size. Grapes do not need to be crushed. In the event that you use honey to refuel, then after you have seasoned the salad, place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. This is necessary in order for honey to soak up the fruit. After that, put the salad in the form of grapefruit peel, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Children's fruit salad "In a hurry"
