Preparation:We gut the bird, wash it well and dry it, patting it with a clean towel. Turn on the oven and leave it to heat up to 180-200 degrees. Put the chicken in the oven and leave it there for an hour and a half to two hours. During this time, the carcass should not only bake, but also become covered with a crust. We check the readiness of the chicken by piercing the carcass with a toothpick or skewer. If clear juice comes out from the puncture site, then the dish is ready. You can serve it on the table, seasoned with fresh herbs.
Chicken breast baked with sour cream and cheese
This dish is suitable for both everyday meals and holidays. The chicken is not only aromatic, juicy and tasty, but also beautiful! Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts;
- Incomplete glass of sour cream;
- 100 grams of cheese;
- 3 tablespoons water;
- 2 tablespoons mustard;
- Salt;
- Vegetable oil.
Preparation:Remove the fillet from the breasts, beat it lightly and cut into cubes. Turn on the oven and leave it to heat up to 180-200 degrees. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, put the pieces of meat on its bottom and salt them. Mix sour cream with mustard and water and pour this mixture over the chicken. Put the dish in the oven and leave for about twenty minutes. In the meantime, prepare any side dish to your taste (mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, vegetable salad). After twenty minutes, take the dish out of the oven and sprinkle the chicken with grated cheese. Put the baking dish back in the oven and wait until the cheese melts and browns slightly. This will take about ten minutes. Serve the chicken baked with sour cream and cheese, divided into portions. Chicken in sour cream with potatoes
What's remarkable about this recipe is that the meat is cooked immediately with the side dish. Ingredients:
- 1 chicken;
- 1 cup of sour cream;
- 5-6 potatoes;
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper;
- 2 teaspoons of salt;
- Fresh greenery.
Preparation:Cut the chicken carcass lengthwise along the breast, unfold and wash it thoroughly. Then dry it and rub with half a teaspoon of salt. - 1 chicken;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 100 g of sour cream;

- 100 g of butter;
