- 6 fillets of chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. l. dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce

- 1 tbsp. l. black peppercorns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 0.3 cups of black leaf tea
- 0.3 cups of rice
- 3 tbsp. spoons of brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1.5 tbsp. l. olive oil
Preparation:Wash the chicken breast fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into 2 parts. In a separate container, mix the soy sauce, wine, grated ginger and vegetable oil. Put the chicken breast fillet in the same container. Mix everything thoroughly: the breasts should be completely covered with the marinade. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then dry the fillet again with a paper towel. In a small frying pan, heat two tablespoons of salt and a little black pepper for 3 minutes. Rub the fillet with this mixture and let it stand for an hour at room temperature. Then cover the bottom of the frying pan with two layers of foil. Mix dry tea with rice, cinnamon and sugar, pour it all onto the bottom of the frying pan, and place a small rack on top. Heat the olive oil in another frying pan and fry the chicken breast fillet in it on each side for 3 minutes. Transfer the breasts to the grill in the frying pan and place on high heat. Without covering with a lid, heat for 7 minutes. Then reduce the heat to medium, cook for 8 minutes with the lid closed. After that, remove the frying pan from the heat, do not open the lid for another 10 minutes. Then transfer the breasts to a dish, cover with foil and let stand for another 10 minutes. - 150 grams of hard cheese
