Ingredients:
- 5-6 potatoes;
- 300 g of chicken meat;

- Breadcrumbs.
Preparation:Boil the chicken in salted water, cool it and separate the meat from the bones. Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool and peel them. Wash the mushrooms, chop finely and fry in butter, then throw them in a colander. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and cut the chicken into small pieces. Grease a baking dish or a regular roasting pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Now put the grated potatoes on the bottom of the dish, put the chopped chicken in a second layer, and put the fried mushrooms on top. Turn on the oven and, while it is heating up, prepare the filling for the casserole. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and pour in the milk. Using a whisk, mixer or a regular fork, beat the filling until lightly foamy and carefully pour into the pan. Put the casserole in the oven and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes. - Mashed potatoes;
- Boiled or fried chicken;
- Champignon;
- Eggs;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation:Usually after the holidays we have not only uneaten dishes, but also unused products. Among them are often fresh mushrooms and mayonnaise. These are what we will need for the casserole. So, grease a deep microwave dish with mayonnaise and put thinly sliced mushrooms on the bottom. Salt them and put pieces of chicken on top. Grease them with mayonnaise too, and put mashed potatoes as the last layer. Beat one or two eggs with two or three tablespoons of mayonnaise and pour this mixture into the mold. Using a knife or fork, pierce the casserole in several places and along the walls of the mold so that the filling spreads evenly.
