Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 4 pieces;
  • Sugar - 2 cups;
  • Flour - 2.5 cups;

  • Butter - 300 grams.

Melt and cool the margarine a little, then pour it into the yolk mixture, stirring it carefully. Now add baking powder, sifted flour, chopped walnuts (half a glass) and knead the dough. Divide the dough into four parts and bake four cakes from them. Bake the cakes at a temperature of 130 to 150 degrees in a greased form in a preheated oven. The cakes are ready when they acquire a golden color. While the cakes are baking, prepare the creams for the cake. We will layer it with butter cream, and cover the top and sides with protein cream. So, to prepare the butter cream, beat the butter with boiled condensed milk. For the protein coating, first beat the chilled egg whites into a thick, stable foam, then gradually add a glass of sugar, continuing to beat until a smooth, homogeneous mass is obtained. To do this, place a whole closed can in a three-liter saucepan with water and put it on the fire. When the water boils, turn down the heat and continue boiling the condensed milk for about two hours. You can cool the boiled condensed milk under cold running water. You can only open a completely cooled can of boiled condensed milk. So, the boiled condensed milk is ready, so you can start making the cake. To prepare the dough, grind the eggs with granulated sugar and honey, then add softened margarine and mix everything well. Put this mixture in a water bath, add baking soda and heat, whisking until the volume of the mixture doubles. At the same time, the mass should bubble - this is the soda reacting with honey. Now remove all of this from the water bath, cool the mixture slightly and add sifted wheat flour. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour. About fifteen minutes before baking, turn on the oven and heat it up to 200 degrees. Divide the dough into four parts and bake four cakes, rolling them into thin layers, cutting off the edges and placing them on a baking sheet. Also put the trimmings in the oven - we will need them to sprinkle the cake. The honey cakes are ready when they acquire a reddish tint. Take them out of the oven and leave to cool. In the meantime, grind the nuts and beat the butter with boiled condensed milk. Assemble the cake, stacking the cakes, spreading them with cream and sprinkling with crushed nuts. Ingredients:

  • Egg whites - 4 pieces;
  • Sugar sand - 1 glass;

  • Butter - 250 grams;
  • Water - half a glass;
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon;
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • Cognac - 1 teaspoon.

Preparation:For the cake, we need to bake two protein cakes. So first, we beat the egg whites into a strong, stable foam, and then, continuing to beat, add sugar to them in small portions. When the sugar dissolves in the protein foam, add sifted starch and finely chopped nuts to the meringue. Carefully mix the mass, trying not to let the whites fall. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, draw two circles on it according to the diameter of the future cakes and put the protein mass on them. Send the baking sheet to the oven, which we preheat to 160 degrees. After half an hour, reduce the temperature to 100 degrees and continue baking the protein cakes for another hour and a half. If the oven has a convection function, then turn it on. Remove the finished cakes from the oven and cool without removing them from the baking sheet. To prepare the butter cream, dilute the condensed milk with warm water, pour it into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cool to room temperature. Let the butter melt a little, then beat it until fluffy, then add vanilla sugar, cooled condensed milk, cognac and beat the cream. The fully prepared cream should easily come away from the sides of the saucepan. Divide the cream in half and add cocoa powder to one part, making chocolate cream. Place the cooled cakes on top of each other, placing a layer of white butter cream between them (leave some to decorate the cake). Coat the top and sides of the cake with chocolate cream, bread the sides with crushed nuts. Decorate the cake with cream flowers and a border.

Crepeville Cake

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 2 cups;
  • Flour - 1 glass;
  • Eggs of chicken - 2 pieces;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
