Architecture, culture and history

The most visited city by tourists isRio de Janeiro. Here, in addition to the famous beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema and a dozen other smaller ones, there is a whole constellation of attractions. The museum's exhibits are constantly updated, so there is always something to see. The building's windows offer a beautiful view of the ocean and Rio de Janeiro. The National History Museum offers material evidence of the country's history. 66 km from Rio there is the magically beautiful city-museum of Petropolis, where you can admire beautiful examples of 19th-century architecture. There are other cities in Brazil that are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List:

• The Chapada dos Vídeiros National Park, in whichthere is a very special place: the Moon Valley. Quartz, which has been eroded for many years, has acquired extraordinary shapes, because of which the landscape looks unearthly.
