Honey fair in Tsaritsynowill be represented from almost all regions of the country, as well as from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova. For a whole month in Tsaritsyno it will be possible to taste and buy honey - linden, buckwheat, mountain, meadow, forest, acacia, sweet clover, chestnut and even pumpkin, as well as other beekeeping products - pollen, royal jelly, honeycombs, wax, propolis, bee bread (pollen remaining in the honeycomb) and the beading (wax "caps" of the honeycomb). Traditionally, the famous one is of particular interest - both from special apiaries and from hives of wild forest bees. This year, beekeepers plan to sell more than 3, 5 thousand tons of honey. Buyers need not worry about the quality of products: the imported honey will be assessed by experts on 22 parameters, of which 9 are nutritional. But if you still have doubts, mobile laboratories are at your service, where you can make an express analysis of products. The organizers of the fair urge visitors not to hesitate and bargain with sellers: not hired workers, but the beekeepers themselves trade at the fair, so the price issue can be resolved on site.
