Method of preparation:Wash and dry the vegetables thoroughly. Chop 150 grams of cheese, mix with yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste. Tear the salad with your hands, cut the cucumbers into strips, and the green onions into rings. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, pour over the prepared dressing and mix well. Before serving, garnish with diced cheese and a sprig of green basil. Note: Feta can be replaced with blue cheese, which you prefer. The taste will be even more refined.
