Well, we do not promise stunning recipes, but we will propose an unusual combination of products for salad. Try, for example, to prepare a salad with chicken and apples. And not only a new salad for you, but well-known. Choose!

Salad "Spicy"


  • 250 g of chicken fillet;
  • 2 small apples;
  • 400 g of lettuce;
  • 2 tablespoons of seeds;
  • 200 g of Roquefort cheese.

For sauce:

  • One third of a glass of vegetable oil;
  • A teaspoon of liquid honey;
  • A teaspoon of French mustard;
  • Tablespoon of wine vinegar;
  • Tablespoon of orange juice;
  • Salt and pepper on your own.

Preparation: To begin with, the chicken fillet (better than the breast) will be fried in a whole piece in vegetable oil, and then let it cool down. Seeds (sunflower seeds), too, fry in a dry frying pan and also cool them. While all this is cooling down with us, we will prepare the sauce. In a bowl, pour honey, vinegar and juice, put the mustard and weed. Then add the vegetable oil and fork with the fork. Now we will disassemble the chicken and put it in a bowl with sauce. Apples and salad leaves will be washed. With apples peeled the skin, cut out the hard core, cut the pulp into slices and put it in a bowl. Lettuce leaves rip your hands on small shreds and add them to the rest of the ingredients. At the end of the cooking let's put the seeds in the salad and crumbled cheese. We mix everything, put it in a salad bowl and put it on the table.

Turtle salad


  • Chicken breast;
  • 2 apples;
  • 4 eggs;
  • Head of onions;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • Walnuts;
  • Salad leaves;
  • Salt and mayonnaise.

Preparation: Chicken breast boil in salted water for about twenty minutes, and then chill, and cut into small pieces. Boil hard boiled eggs. We clean the bulb, shred it, pour it with boiling water and leave it for ten minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the onion with cold water and put it into a colander. We divide the boiled eggs into yolks and proteins (one leaves whole) and individually grind them on a grater (shallow). Walnuts, too, grind in a blender or in a coffee grinder, leaving a few nuts whole to decorate the salad. We turn cheese into cheese chips, clean and three on a large grater of apples. Now let's start assembling the salad. Take the dish and lining it with washed and dried leaves of lettuce, and then layer-by-layer put the prepared products in the form of an oval slide:

"Little Pepper" salad


  • Chicken breast;
  • 2 red apples;
  • 300 g of Peking cabbage;
  • 50 g of raisins without pits;
  • 30 g of pine nuts;
  • 1 cube seasoning "Little Pepper";
  • A bunch of fresh basil;
  • Mayonnaise and sour cream.

Preparation; Chicken meat boil insalted water, we cool and cut into narrow brusochkami. With cabbage we remove the upper loose leaves. Apples, basil and cabbage leaves are mine. Raisins soak in warm water for ten minutes, and then dry it. Now cut the apple into thin slices and put it in a bowl, we also add the leaves of Chinese cabbage, chicken, pine nuts and raisins torn to the flaps. We crumble a cube of seasoning, sprinkle the salad and dress it with mixed mayonnaise and sour cream in equal quantity. From above decorate the salad with chopped basil.

Salad "Slavic"


  • Grilled chicken;
  • 2 green apples;
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • Head of onions;
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar;
  • Mayonnaise and sour cream.

Preparation: With the chicken we remove the fillets and cut it with narrow slabs. Similarly, we cut the peeled and seeded apples, and turn the cheese into cheese chips with the help of a large grater. We clean the onion, cut into thin semicircles, spread it into a bowl and fill it with apple cider vinegar. After about ten minutes, drain the liquid, squeeze the onions and add the rest of the salad ingredients to the bowl. We fill the salad with sauce from sour cream and mayonnaise, which are mixed in equal proportions.

Lettuce salad


  • 2 breasts of smoked chicken;
  • 300 g of cheese;
  • 3 large apples;
  • 3 pods of sweet pepper (yellow, green, red);
  • Lemon juice;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation: My peppers, cut in half (along) and cleanse of seeds and membranes. Then cut them with thin half rings and add them to a bowl. Apples are peeled and hardened and cut into thin slices (petals). Chicken meat and cheese cut into strips. Put all the ingredients in a bowl with peppers, season with lemon juice and mayonnaise and mix. Our "Traffic Light" is ready!

Gnome salad


  • Smoked chicken;
  • 2 apples;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 200 g of sweet corn;
  • Green parsley;
  • Curry seasoning;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation: We boil the eggs, cool them, clean them and cut them into slices. Apples are also cleaned and crushed with a large grater. Chicken meat is separated from the bones and cut into cubes. With corn, merge the marinade and put it in a bowl. There we put apples, chicken and eggs, sprinkle salad with half a teaspoon of curry and season with mayonnaise. Olivier with apples and chicken


  • Chicken fillet;
  • Fresh apple (large);
  • 4 eggs;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • Head of onions;
  • Mayonnaise and salt.

Preparation: Boil hard boiled eggs. Boil in salted water chicken fillet. Cook the potatoes in their uniform. Eggs and potatoes are cooled and cleaned, chicken meat is also allowed to cool. Cucumber and apples are mine, and from the apple, we also peel. All the products are cut into small cubes, and the onions are shredded (also finely).
