Ingredients:

  • 1 kg. catfish
  • 2 carrots
  • 500 gr. potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • vegetable oil
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:Clean and gut the fish, cut off the head, gills, fins and tail. Then sprinkle the carcass with lemon juice and leave for half an hour, then cut the fish into pieces. Put the tail and head in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Put the fish cut into pieces into the already prepared broth. Salt and pepper. Fry the onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil, and then add the carrots to it. Add the finished frying to the fish broth. Then add the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are ready. The catfish fish soup recipe is ready! Chop the greens and add to the fish soup before serving.   • 200 ml. cream
  • 700 gr. fish fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 liter of broth from fish
  • 50 gr. butter
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • vegetable oil
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:Melt butter in a deep saucepan, add chopped onion, then grate carrot on a medium grater. Fry for 10 minutes. Cut potatoes into cubes and add to the fried onion and carrot. Fry for a few more minutes. Then add the fish broth prepared in advance to the vegetables. Pepper and salt. After the potatoes are cooked, add cream and immediately finely chopped fish fillet. Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. any sea fish
  • 500 gr. potatoes
  • 1 onion

Method of preparation:Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, and then put in diced potatoes. Cook the potatoes until half-cooked. In a frying pan, add vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions, then grate the carrots on a medium grater. Fry for 10 minutes. Then put the fried mixture into a saucepan with potatoes. Then put in the chopped and peeled sea fish fillet and lemon juice. Add peppercorns and bay leaf. Cook for 15 minutes. Finely chop the greens and add to the fish soup before serving. Ingredients:

  • 700 gr. pike fillets
  • 13 cups of pyshenki
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • peppercorns

Method of preparation: Wash and gut the pike.Cut off the tail, head and fins, and cut the fish into portions. Place the head and fins in a saucepan, add water and put on the fire.   • 1 tomato
  • 50 gr. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr. vodka
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Bay leaf
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:Cook chicken broth from the chicken. Clean and rinse the small fish and pike perch under running water. Cut the pike perch fillet into pieces. After the chicken broth is ready, remove the chicken and add the small fish, tail and head of the pike perch instead. Salt to taste. Cook for 15 minutes, then strain the finished broth. Put the pike perch fillet into the strained broth, bring to a boil and boil until done. Put the finished fish on a plate. Finely chop the carrots and onions, put half of the vegetables in a deep bowl and add 2 egg yolks there and mix thoroughly. Add the resulting mixture to the fish broth.
