Surely every housewife has her own holiday, whether it be hot dishes or snacks.A great appetizer made from ground beef, ideal for your table as a hot dish, and its originality will surprise even seasoned connoisseurs of meat cuisine. In particular, the original dishes in which the meat will be cooked add charm to it, because they are made from halves of the familiar, but rarely used by us, squash. So, to prepare this dish, you will need to take one squash weighing about 400 grams, wash it thoroughly, peel it and, cutting it in half, remove its core from the vegetable. After this, the resulting "cups" must be lightly salted inside and allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes. From the settled halves of the squash, you should drain the juice formed as a result of the salt. If necessary, you can rinse them with a little cold water. To prepare the meat filling, take 1 medium onion and a couple of large carrots. Vegetables are finely chopped and lightly fried in a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil. Then 150 grams of ground beef are added to the pan, salted to taste, and stewed until done. At this time, you can hard-boil one chicken egg. After cooking, remove the frying pan with minced meat from the heat, transfer the contents to a separate bowl and let cool. Then finely chopped egg is added to the minced meat, and as spices, add a teaspoon of mustard, ground black pepper to taste, a couple of tablespoons of finely chopped parsley and a little marjoram. Accordingly, the resulting mass must be thoroughly mixed, and, having filled the squash with it, sprinkle grated hard cheese on top. After this, the squash with minced meat are wrapped in foil and baked in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Once cooking is complete, the squash cups are taken out of the oven, unwrapped and the foil removed, and the filling is decorated with dill and parsley on top. That's it, our magnificent dish is ready to be served at the festive table. Enjoy your meal!
