Everyone loves salads.True, everyone likes different salads: some people like vegetable salads, others like meat salads, some are delighted with seafood salads, others with mushroom salads, some like hearty salads, and some prefer light ones. However, there are so many salad recipes that no one will be dissatisfied, and everyone will be able to choose a salad to their taste. By the way, although there is no accounting for taste, cooking remains a very controversial area of human activity. What don't we argue about: the harm and benefits of products, the methods of cooking, the different recipes for the same dish. For example, a salad with champignons and cheese. Adherents of separate nutrition will consider the combination of these products unacceptable, and lovers of meat salads will call this salad an indulgence. But let's leave the debate for the particularly picky: we will try to prepare exactly this salad, because it will find fans among people with different (and even opposite!) tastes.
Salad with champignons, cheese and sweet pepper
A very light and beautiful salad. It can be prepared without salt, as the salad contains cheese. Ingredients:
- 100 grams of hard cheese
- 150 g champignons
- Half a pod of red pepper
- Half a pod of yellow pepper
- A teaspoon of lemon juice
- Butter
- Mayonnaise
- Fennel greens
Preparation:Wash the champignons, dry them and cut them into long narrow strips. Put a couple of tablespoons of butter in a frying pan, let it heat up and fry the mushrooms in the butter. Then throw the champignons into a sieve or colander to drain the oil. Meanwhile, wash the pepper, remove the seeds and membranes and cut it into narrow strips, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put the grated cheese, chopped pepper and fried mushrooms in a salad bowl. Mix, season with a teaspoon of lemon juice and chopped dill, add mayonnaise to your taste and mix again. Serve the salad chilled.
Salad for raw food
Raw foodists are people who prefer to eatproducts prepared without heat treatment. And raw foodists are also cheese lovers. Our champignon salad with cheese will appeal to both. Since it is prepared from raw products, and it contains sheep's cheese - feta cheese. Ingredients:
- 5 pieces of young champignons
- 100 g of brynza
- 300 g of cauliflower
- 4 tomatoes
- 10 pieces of pitted olives
- Vegetable oil

Put all the prepared products in a salad bowl, add chopped cilantro, salt to your taste and season with oil (olive or sunflower). The salad is ready!

The exquisite taste of this salad with champignons and cheese is perfect for sparkling wine. And it looks very festive. Ingredients:

- Canned pineapple
- Breast of smoked chicken

Transfer the finished frying to a colander to drain the remaining oil. Put the cooled mushrooms and onions in a salad bowl and grease them with mayonnaise - this is the first layer of our salad. The second layer is chicken cut into small pieces, which is also greased with mayonnaise. The third layer is pieces of canned pineapple, which we tightly cover the entire layer of chicken meat.
