The finished dough is sent to the fridge for about half an hour, previously dividing both light and dark parts into three cakes - future cakes. If you want, you can make more cakes, but remember - the thinner the cakes, the harder they are to roll out. Rested dough should be carefully rolled out and transferred to a baking tray.
