- Thin pancakes - 10 pieces;
- Chicken breast - 1 piece;
- Champignons - 300 grams;
- Onion - 2 heads;
- Dutch cheese - 100 grams;
- Vegetable oil;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation:For this snack cake we will need regular unleavened pancakes. So you can just take pancake flour and bake ten thin pancakes. Actually, the diameter of the pancakes will determine the size of the cake. If you do not have pancake flour, then mix the liquid dough with milk or kefir, add one raw egg and slaked soda or baking powder. So, leave the finished pancakes to cool, and make the filling. Pre-boil the chicken breast in salted water, cool it and cut it into cubes. Wash the champignons and cut them into slices. Chop the peeled onions. First, lightly fry the onion in a frying pan, and then add the chopped mushrooms there. Season the frying with salt and continue cooking until all the liquid has boiled away. Throw the fried mixture into a colander to let the excess oil drain and cool, then mix it with the chicken. Finely grate the cheese. Assemble the cake. Take one pancake, place it on a plate and grease it with mayonnaise. Put a tablespoon of filling on top and distribute it over the entire pancake, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the next pancake, grease it with mayonnaise and filling again and sprinkle with cheese. Put all the pancakes in this way, and grease the top pancake and the sides of the cake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Before serving, be sure to warm the cake in the oven or microwave so that the top layer of cheese melts. Pancake cake "Mushroom Glade"
Have you ever heard of pancakes with topping? That's what we'll be making for our snack cake. Ingredients:
- 300 g of fresh champignons;
- Halva of chicken breast;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- Head of onions;
- A glass of flour;
- A glass of cream;
- Half a glass of milk;
- A bag of baking powder;
- 2 processed cheese;
- 300 grams of hard cheese;
- Lemon juice;
- Black pepper.
For decoration:
- Chicken or quail eggs;
- Fresh tomatoes;
- Boiled carrots.
Preparation:Boil the carrots in their skins and leave them to cool. Fry finely chopped chicken, shredded onion and diced mushrooms in vegetable oil. Mix the flour, milk, eggs and baking powder into a dough, add the fried mixture and butter, season with salt and pepper and fry three or four pancakes with toppings. A very delicate pancake cake with mushrooms and chicken can be made from omelette pancakes. Try it – you will definitely like it. Ingredients:
- 5 eggs;
- Boiled chicken breast;
- Packaging of fresh champignons;
- A can of canned pineapple (ringlets);
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation:Mix five fresh chicken eggs with five tablespoons of mayonnaise and fry five omelette pancakes. For this, only lightly grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, and fry the pancakes on both sides. For the filling, we need to fry the mushrooms cut into thin slices in vegetable oil and boil the chicken meat. Cool the mushrooms, throwing them in a colander, and separate the meat into fibers. Drain the syrup from the pineapples, leave five or six rings to decorate the cake, and cut the remaining pineapples into thin slices. Assemble the cake.
