Green sauce
A simple and affordable recipe for garlic-dill sauce based on mayonnaise. Ingredients:
- Half a cup of mayonnaise;
- A bunch of fresh dill greenery;
- Tablespoon of lemon juice;
- Garlic.
Preparation:Garlic is an aggressive ingredient that can interrupt the taste of any other product. Therefore, take as much garlic as you think necessary. But a couple of cloves will be quite enough. So, chop the peeled garlic cloves, wash and finely chop the dill. Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, and then add the garlic and dill. That's it. Spicy sauce with horseradish

- Natural ketchup - half a glass;
- Root of horseradish - 50 g.

- A third of a glass of sweet ketchup;

Preparation: Mix mayonnaise with ketchup.Squeeze the juice from the orange, strain it and add to the sauce. Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator for about twenty minutes. Serve with boiled, fried or baked shrimp.

- Tablespoon mustard;
- 3-4 garlic cloves;
- 50 grams of hard cheese;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- Half a cup of mayonnaise;
- Lime.
Preparation:Peel the garlic and grate it. Grate the cheese into shavings and squeeze the lime juice. Then put the mayonnaise, mustard, grated cheese and garlic into a bowl and pour in the lime juice. Milk sauce
