Any housewife knows that chicken dishes areis a great way to quickly and deliciously feed the whole family. Firstly, because almost everyone loves chicken. Even the most capricious and picky children enjoy roasted chicken - tender, soft, dripping with juice. Moreover, chicken dishes in the oven are always a success, and the effort required to prepare them is minimal. Agree, washing the bird, drying it and spreading it with your favorite spices is a piece of cake. Well, the oven will do the rest. And since broilers cook quickly, in just 40 minutes you can invite your family to taste another chicken dish in the oven. And there are a great many variations of recipes and names. We will try to introduce you to some of the most interesting ones. What else would I like to say before proceeding directly to the recipes? Of course, about how to choose the right chicken for baking. In order to be sure of success, you should take care of the quality of the original product. This means, first of all, that the bird should be young, well-fed, and fresh. We do not recommend baking frozen chicken - the taste will not be perfect, even if you are a very good cook. And what is the point of using frozen meat if the stores and markets are full of fresh poultry of excellent quality? The second important point that I would like to dwell on is the preliminary preparation of the carcass for baking. Ideally, the bird should be left alone with the spices used for at least a few hours. During this time, the meat will absorb all the necessary aromas, and during heat treatment, the chicken will acquire a truly bright taste. As already emphasized, this is an important nuance, but if you do not have time, and the family requires a lot of tasty food right now - feel free to put salted and peppered chicken, a few potatoes, onions and carrots in the oven. In an hour, dinner is ready, and very tasty. For a successful result, the correctly selected temperature regime, as well as suitable dishes, play an important role. It is best to use ceramic or cast iron baking dishes. Due to the fact that they heat evenly, your bird will cook quickly and retain its juiciness and tenderness.
