With its help, large educational projects are being implemented, and work is actively developing with gifted children. The student contingent is growing from year to year. This is evidence of the relevance and success of the institution, strengthening its position in the market of educational services. Currently, over 2300 additional general education programs are taught at the full-time, part-time and extra-mural departments of the Center for over 7300 students, representatives of all regions of the region. 25 years of the Center's history contain hundreds of large and small cases, the past and the present are rich in remarkable events, traditions and people. Since 1991, the Center "Search" has passed the path of formation and development. At the beginning of the new millennium - the rise and rise, in the years that followed - stability. Today, the adoption of all key decisions of the Center is aimed at the main priority - the quality of education, not inferior to the capital. The characteristic feature of the Center "Search" is the ability to meet the challenges of the time. Now the Center is working on the implementation of a number of high-tech projects.

In these schools for three weeks, high school students from all over the province are engaged in solving competitive tasks of increased complexity. The high qualification of teachers, advanced educational technologies, the level of the problems under consideration allow the students of summer schools to win at the All-Russia Olympiads of the first level. The center unites gifted children, teachers and employers within the unique project "Matrix of Career". The events held within the "Career Matrix" are an effective tool for planning, building and regulating life strategies that help the student to influence their professional future today. The future in the Center has already learned to bring. And the future is already happening in the new project "Children's Technological School", where children from 6 to 13 years old are robbed by robotics. "Summing up the results of 25 years of work, leafing through the pages of the past, we want to better understand what was lived and done, valuable, and therefore preserve the moral foundations of the Center, its corporate spirit and best traditions: cohesion, high professionalism, creativity, ability to achieve its goals, despite the circumstances, "says the Center's director Anatoly Zhigai fishing.
