Casserole "Simple" with beef and onions
Potato casserole doesn't take long to prepare:you will need a minimum of time to cut the products and about half an hour for the dish to "come" in the multicooker. As for the minced meat, it is, of course, better to make it yourself - this way you will be sure of its taste. You can use one type of meat or, for example, mix pork and beef in equal proportions. Ingredients:
- five potatoes
- salt - to taste
- 450 grams of ground beef
- vegetable oil - for frying
- two medium bulbs
- black pepper (ground) - if desired
- four eggs
- 25 grams of flour
- a small package of delicious mayonnaise
Method of preparation:The most delicious and successful casserole is made from white potatoes, as they are very soft and boil well. The dish can be made in two ways: from mashed potatoes or from vegetables cut into circles. Many housewives prefer the second option, because it is less time-consuming, which, you must admit, is important for working women. So, when you start preparing the dish, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles, pour cold water over them so that they do not darken, and set them aside. Now take care of the remaining ingredients: chop the onion into small cubes, combine the chicken eggs, gourmet mayonnaise and flour in a separate bowl, sprinkle everything with salt and pepper, beat thoroughly with a whisk. If desired, you can add a little ketchup - it will give the dish an unusual taste and a slightly reddish color. We used ready-made minced meat bought in the store, which should only be salted, slightly peppered and mixed well with a spoon. If you want the meat filling to be very fine, without unnecessary lumps and softer, mince the product. Then put it in a saucepan with vegetable oil and fry together with the onion. Now you need to bake the dish in a multicooker. To do this, grease the dish with a small amount of oil, put half of the potatoes on the bottom and pour it with the egg-mayonnaise mixture to "fasten" the layers. Thanks to this, the dish will turn out not only appetizing, but also beautiful, will not fall apart. Then comes the turn of the next ingredients, that is, minced meat and the remaining potatoes. Again, pour the dish with the same mixture, shake the bowl slightly so that it is distributed more evenly, and close the lid. Set the "Bake" mode on the multicooker and cook the dish for about half an hour, adding another ten additional minutes after the first signal. To keep the potato casserole with ground beef from losing its shape, remove it using a special steamer basket.
Casserole with cheese and chicken
Potato casserole is good first of allthe fact that to prepare it you will need the most common products that are probably found in every refrigerator. This time we suggest making a dish with tender minced chicken and tomatoes. Ingredients:
- kilogram of potatoes
- 500 grams of chicken minced meat
- one large onion
- butter - 20 grams
- 200 grams of tomatoes
- 100 grams of any cheese (preferably solid varieties)
- 20 milliliters of vegetable oil
- two eggs
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:First, peel the washed potatoes, then put them in the multicooker, fill with water and cook in the Express mode, turning on the Cooking program. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, and the onion into small pieces. Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. After about 45 minutes, when the potatoes are cooked, put them in a deep bowl, adding butter. Mash the vegetable a little, then add the beaten eggs and make a smooth fluffy puree. To completely get rid of lumps, you can use a blender. Now you need to deal with the minced meat: salt it and sprinkle with your favorite spices, then, sprinkle the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, cook together with the tomatoes and onions in the Multicook mode. Then turn off the program, take out the filling while it cools, wash the dishes. Dry it with a towel, treat with oil, breadcrumbs and form a dish: put ½ of the potato on the bottom, cover with minced meat, then sprinkle with cheese, and finally add the remaining mashed potatoes. Cook in the "Bake" mode for a little less than an hour. Potato casserole made in a multicooker turns out very juicy, appetizing and incredibly aromatic!
