At the same time, the cooking time is shortened, and the food is no worse than in the oven. Try, for example, to cook a casserole from potatoes. Baked meat casserole

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 200 g
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Eggs - 2 pieces

  • Green parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Preparation: To begin with, we peel off the peel and cut small potatoes into small cubes. After that, we lay the potatoes in a microwave pot, add a couple of tablespoons of water to it, cover it with a lid and send it to the oven for five minutes. The power of the microwave oven is 800 W. In the meantime, we begin to engage in minced meat for casseroles. We put it in a bowl, to our taste we put black ground pepper and salt and add tomato paste and chopped onions. We add one or two tablespoons of water and mix onions with minced meat and tomato paste. Now we take a short but wide form (glass or plastic) and put the potatoes into it. Align the layer and put the prepared minced meat on top, which we also distribute evenly. The height of the casserole should not be more than five centimeters, otherwise it will get warmed up badly. It remains to pour all the eggs whipped with milk and put the casserole in the oven for five to seven minutes at a power of 800 watts. Ingredients:

  • 700 g of potatoes
  • 100 g of cheese (solid)
  • A glass of fat cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation: We'll wash and peel the potatoes, and then cut it with thin roundworms. Cheese is passed through a small grater, turning it into a crumb. After that, the dishes for the microwave oven (preferably glass) are greased with vegetable oil and put half of the potatoes into it. Casserole with chicken

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 3-4 pieces of medium size
  • Chicken fillet - 100 or 150 g
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Salt and black pepper - at your discretion
  • Mayonnaise or swept 2 tablespoons
  • Grated cheese - 1 tablespoon

Preparation: Washed and peeled potatoes cut into not too thin slices, chop the onion or cut into rings (semirings). Ingredients:

  • 6 pieces of potato medium size
  • 200 g any sausage or ham
  • Half a glass of fresh milk
  • Half a glass of cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Nutmeg, lemon and black pepper, salt at your discretion

Preparation: Potatoes, as expected, mine, we clean and cut with thin plates. Sausage or sausages (ham) cut into small cubes or straws and put in a bowl. Whisk the eggs with cream and milk and add to this sweep the crushed garlic and spices (nutmeg, lemon pepper, black ground pepper). Form for baking (not metal!)
