- leaves of three-year-old aloe - 3 pieces;
- boiled water - 1 tbsp. (200 ml);
- sea salt - ½ tsp.
The leaves should be cut off beforehand and kept inpaper bag in the refrigerator for 12-20 hours, crush and squeeze. Dissolve sea salt in 1 glass of boiled water, divide the salted water into 2 parts. Rinse the child's nose with the first half to remove mucus. Combine the remaining saline solution with aloe juice in a 1:1 ratio. Put 2-3 drops of the product into each nasal passage, massage the nose. Repeat the procedure up to 3 times a day. Undiluted aloe juice causes discomfort and tingling in the nose. Instead of salt water, you can use sodium chloride. Treating the nose with drops made from aloe helps fight bacterial diseases.
