Why does a child drink a lot of water?
Both very young and older children often reach for another glass of water for similar reasons.
- Improper nutrition. This refers to the use of dry foods, the absence in the diet of fruits and vegetables (only in the strawberry water more than 95%), fried, sweet food. And salty causes thirst, so after eating a piece of herring or sausages should not be surprised to desire to drink.
- High temperature in the room.

Perhaps the child just likes water. If the cult of healthy eating and reverence for the liquid drunk reigns in the family, there is nothing to be surprised about. But it is also possible that the son or daughter is "eating" on the side "forbidden fruits" - chips, crackers, chocolates. Attention and a frank conversation without moralizing can lift the veil of secrecy.
