  • 2 fetuses of dried figs,
  • 2 dried dates,
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, cashews and pine nuts,
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
  • a pinch of ground ginger,
  • Liquid honey or maple syrup for filing.

Preparation:Soak the figs and raisins in warm water for 20 minutes, then dry and chop. Chop the nuts and dates. Mix the dried fruits, nuts, ginger and cinnamon. Remove the core from the apples.   • 8 large apples,
  • 500 g minced chicken,
  • 50 g walnuts,
  • 50 g of prunes without seeds,
  • 1 onion-turnip,
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
  • 2 tablespoons butter,
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 1 cup chicken broth.

Preparation:Wash and finely chop the prunes. Chop the nuts and fry in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil for 4 minutes. Add the minced chicken, stir and fry for 6 minutes, kneading the lumps. Transfer to a bowl. Add the nuts, garlic and egg. Mix thoroughly.
