Of course, if you want to sound good in the eyes of the public, then I must say: "My world changed immediately, the maternal instinct took me by the head." To be honest, my maternal instinct at the spiritual level only manifested itself when the child first laughed. It happened in three months. All the previous time, Tasia was a sullen kid, she was uncomfortable to be in this world after a cozy tummy. She had such an evil face that I was surprised: "What is this all about with the child?" At three months she laughed for the first time. I exhaled and thought: "Yes, it's still my baby!" Now I do not take it as a child-child, with the exception of some moments that concern the school, the organization of its employment. We communicate in an adult way, and sometimes even Tasia gives me some advice. I would not want her to be overloaded with affairs already in the first grade, because I want to make her a child prodigy. No I do not want! I try to listen to her so that her childhood is normal and she has time to rest. - Did your daughter follow your creative steps?- Yes! Sometimes something gives out in my style, and sometimes I understand that something will even be more abruptly me. And for what more children to give birth? That they were steeper than you! Are priorities different today?- Of course, because the work will never repayyou are reciprocated. Especially on television. Therefore, you need to balance all the components of your personality. - You are both a leader, a successful TV presenter, and an ambassador of the World Cup. How do you manage to combine such seemingly different things?- I am slightly shocked myself and do not really understand how it isoccurs. As it turned out, Julius Caesar's syndrome is a fiction, because people can not simultaneously do all the above-mentioned things. But between them you can switch and at the same time be effective. All the lifhaki on time management - this is for me. I study various techniques in detail in order to best organize my time. But this happened to me only after I took the post of top manager, because the artistic part was previously supervised by the director, the filmmaker - the producers of specific programs. And now you have to plan a huge number of different processes.

- When you graduated from the journalism faculty of Moscow State University, you wrote a diploma on a topic related to music television ...- Yes. The project is back on TV screens, and you, as before, will lead it. We invited them to the studio to show new characters in the media space and see how they would feel on the TV, in a talk show. We will experiment with the content, but the form will remain the same.
