State guarantees and rights of orphans

How to arrange children left without parental care
The best form of care for orphans isadoption. An adopted child receives the same rights and obligations as a biological child. If the orphan has reached the age of 10, he must personally give his consent to this procedure. The secret of adoption is not disclosed. There are other forms:
- Guardianship and guardianship. Selection of trustees is carried out by the guardianship authorities. Subsequently, these same bodies monitor whether the authorized persons honor their duties honestly.

In all the above cases, children retain all their rights and privileges. The high level of protection of the rights of orphans speaks in favor of such a state.
