Well, it's easier for men. But for a woman, if she wants to become a mother, the window of opportunity does not exist endlessly, as determined by nature. Late childbirth at the age of over 40 is already associated with certain risks to the health of both the mother and the baby. We are now talking about traditional methods of reproduction, without freezing eggs, IVF and other achievements of modern medicine.
