Simple recipe of caviar with mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- squash - 6 kg,
- onion - 1 kg,
- tomatoes - 1 kg,
- carrots - 0,5 kg,
- vegetable oil - 1 glass,
- sugar - 4 tbsp. l.,
- salt - 2 tbsp. l.,
- 4 tbsp. l. 70% vinegar,
- mayonnaise - 500 ml,
- ground pepper to taste.
Onions and carrots scroll through the meat grinder, thento fry. All fried separately from each other until golden crust. Zucchini as scroll and mix with toasted onions and carrots. All this put on fire and cook for 2 hours, constantly stirring with a wooden spoon. Cook caviar in a saucepan with a thick bottom or in a cauldron. Pass through the meat grinder the peeled tomatoes, add to the pan to the rest of the vegetables. Pour in the vegetable oil, add sugar, salt and vinegar. Cook for another 1 hour, then add the mayonnaise and pepper, cook for another 20 minutes. Put in jars and roll up, cover for the night, put the jars of lids down. Cabbage caviar with mayonnaise and tomato paste
Ingredients:
- Courgettes young - 6 pcs.,
- onions - 1 kg,
- tomato paste -350 g,
- salt -3 tbsp. l.,
- sugar - 200 grams,
- 200 ml of 9% vinegar,
- mayonnaise - 250 g,
- 2 heads of garlic,
- Ground pepper - 1 tsp.
Scroll the squash in the meat grinder. Onions also pass through a meat grinder, mix with zucchini, put into a deep pan or cauldron. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil. Stir, add the tomato paste, put on medium heat for 2 hours, periodically stir with a wooden spoon. Pass the garlic through the press, add to the caviar. Add black pepper and mayonnaise and cook for 30 minutes. Then put them in jars and roll them.

- black bread - 3 slices,
- mayonnaise - 50 gr,
