Such diseases include epilepsy, severe neuroses, mental illnesses, etc. In order to transfer the child to special education, parents apply for the name of the head of the school and bring a medical opinion with the appropriate recommendations. To receive such recommendations, the child passes a medical examination in the hospital at the place of residence.

Peculiarities of organizing a child's education

After receiving the application and medical certificatefrom parents, the head of the school issues a decree on the organization of education at home, approves the plan, schedule of lessons and the composition of teachers for classes. The progress log is in the hands of parents during the training, in which teachers note the topics covered and the student's progress. At the end of the year, parents return the log to school. During the school year, the school provides the child with textbooks for free. He is also allowed to use books from the school library, he can come to school lessons and events. If distance learning methods are used in home education, the student is given computer equipment, communication tools and software for the duration of the study. The local city authorities choose the method of organizing the training and determine the total number of school hours. Home schooling allows children with serious illnesses to receive a certificate. If they are unable to master the educational material, a certificate of completion of the educational institution is issued indicating the subjects whose programs have been covered. A child can be transferred to home education in any class, if such a need arises. After recovery, he can return to normal school activities.
