- A pound of any minced meat;
- 3 slices of a loaf;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 2 eggs;
- 100 g of cheese (solid);

Salads and appetizers can also be prepared very quickly. You can do this while the main course is cooking. Salad "Blonde" Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes;
- 2 large fresh tomatoes;
- 100 g of cheese;
- Garlic clove;
- 150 g of boiled sausage;
- Mayonnaise;
- Vegetable oil.
Preparation:Wash the potatoes, peel them and grate them on a Korean carrot grater. Now rinse them in cold water and lay them on a towel to dry. To dry the potatoes faster, you can pat them dry with a paper towel. Then fry the potatoes in a deep fat fryer (in a large amount of hot vegetable oil) and place them in a colander or on a layer of paper napkins. Place a layer of sliced tomatoes on a dish or a large plate and grease them with mayonnaise mixed with grated garlic. Put the sausage cut into thin strips on top, pour mayonnaise over it and sprinkle with cheese shavings. Grease the cheese with mayonnaise too, and put the fried potatoes on top. Leave the salad to soak for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Cheese salad with olives Ingredients:
- Olives canned (without pits) - 10-15 pieces;
- Fresh tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- Cheese - 100 g;
- Leaf salad;
