On the average, the 38th and 39th weeks of pregnancy are considered the optimal time for the planned cesarean section. Doctors try to pick up a date that is as close to natural births. Second time cesarean is conducted at 38-39th week, if the mother is all right. If the scar after the previous operation is in poor condition, the doctor may decide to perform the operation a little earlier. As you can see, a woman after cesarean can give birth not only twice, but also go to the hospital for the third time.
