- an excessively narrow pelvis in the parturient woman;

Immediately before the operation, the girl is hospitalized to collect all prenatal tests. From the 37th week, the fetus can be considered full-term. Before this moment, it is inappropriate to perform a cesarean section. However, you should not delay it either, because after the 37th week, labor can begin at any second. On average, the optimal time for a planned cesarean section is considered to be the 38th and 39th weeks of pregnancy. Doctors try to choose a date as close as possible to natural childbirth. The second time, a cesarean section is performed at 38-39 weeks, if everything is fine with the woman in labor. If the scar from the previous operation is in poor condition, the doctor may decide to perform the operation a little earlier. As you can see, a woman after a cesarean section can give birth not only twice, but also go to the maternity hospital for the third time.
