She trains with her kids - a three-year-old daughter and twins, whom she uses as an additional load. Kimberly found this way of training by chance, when she wanted to work out, and the kids began to hang on her. According to her, it is most convenient to do lunges, squats, planks and push-ups with the kids. “Here I would like to do a couple of push-ups without the kids,” many will think, but nothing is impossible. The miracle mom trains 3-4 times a week for 15 minutes (there is simply no more time). Basic complex: 15 squats, 15 lunges, 15 push-ups, crunches. You can add the rest to your taste.
