After that, reduce the heat and boil until the peas are melted, and the meat is not easily separated from the bones. Cut the onion, celery and carrot into cubes and fry in vegetable oil. As soon as the meat and peas are cooked, remove the meat, add vegetables, spices, pepper and salt to the soup. Cook for about half an hour, stirring occasionally. The soup should be thick. The finished dish is decorated with fresh herbs.
