Strawberry dessert

For 4 servings: 0.5 l of milk, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, 4 egg yolks, 3 tbsp. l sugar, 50 g of ground almonds, 0.5 kg of strawberries. We pour milk into a metal stew pan, heat it to the boil and add vanilla sugar. Beat egg yolks (rub) with sugar until white. Without stopping to beat, we fall asleep gradually ground almonds, and then we pour in a stream hot milk. We put on the fire and, constantly stirring so as not to form lumps, boil until thick. Cool, putting the container in cold water. To prevent the film from forming on top, periodically mix it. We wash, clean and cut the strawberry in half. Served with cream, sprinkle with chopped almonds or sprinkle with strawberry syrup. We decorate with a fresh leaf of mint. A strawberry is tastier and more fragrant if it is a little warm after storing in the refrigerator
