Cocktails with gin
Sapphire Wanders cocktail
- 45 ml of gin Bombay Sapphire with leaves of rosemary
- 22 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml of sugar syrup
- 15 ml of raspberry liquor
- 6-8 raspberries
Crush raspberries in a glass, add the restingredients and mix well. Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Decorate with raspberry or rosemary leaves. Designer commentary: Cocktails are made to drink slowly, savoring every sip. I tried to come up with a form of a glass that would allow me to enjoy this process from and to. Thanks to an unusual stem, the wine glass rotates around its axis. The drink is continuously poured and you smell it.
