We make a longitudinal incision approximately to the middle of the thickness of the piece. We rub the meat from all sides with salt and pepper. We rub garlic. We rinse, drain basil and cut it large. We put in the combine garlic, basil, nuts and pour oil. Grind, salted and season with pepper. The resulting mixture is distributed inside the cut, with the remainders we grease the meat from the outside. We remove the sweet pepper, cut along 4 strips. Pepper is flattened and laid in a cut.
