Apple pie in a hurry

You can bake a quick berry pie from jam– for example, with frozen cherries. If you don’t have sour cream, change the recipe by using milk or yogurt.You will need:- 250 g apple jam;- 0.5 cups sugar;- 1 cup sour cream;- 2 eggs;- 1 teaspoon baking soda;- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;- 1 cup frozen cherries;- powdered sugar for decoration.Mix the jam, eggs, sour cream, baking soda and butter in a bowl, add the sifted flour in portions. Grease a fireproof form with butter and pour the dough into it. Scatter the cherries on top in an even layer. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, and bake until done. Remove the hot pie from the form, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
