Decorative materials were used for the workmetal strip, glass pendants (IKEA), white paint for metal, white mastic for decorative works, white and silver acrylic paints, "for cutting paper", fine-grained sandpaper.
How to make a photo frame
- Photo 1. A layer of white metal paint was applied to the metal strip with a thin brush. The coating was allowed to dry thoroughly.
- Photo 2, 3. The base was treated with mastic and then with white paint. The metal parts were painted silver.
- Photo 1. Using a paper cutter, we made a rectangular hole in the decorative rosette that matched the size of the sconce base.
- Photo 2. The sconce base was inserted into the made rectangular hole. The joints were filled with mastic and allowed to dry.
- Photo 3. The metal strip was aged by carefully sanding its surface with sandpaper.
- Photo 1. The mastic-filled joints of the socket and the base of the lamp were carefully covered with white paint.
- Photo 2, 3. The metal strip was screwed to the base of the sconce. After that, the glass pendants were attached. The lamp is ready.
