Just ten kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The houses are like twin brothers. Both are in the style of Buddhist pagodas. Buildings of this type are one of the symbols of Thailand, the country where Leps' family lived for about a year. Hence the love for this type of building. You probably won't find similar ones anywhere in the Moscow region. The houses are located a few meters from each other. So now the singer can literally go to work in his house slippers. The first building is located right opposite the entrance - Grigory Leps' production center. Three floors, which housed the reception, recording studio, dance class, several rehearsal rooms, the manager's office, a canteen for employees and even several bedrooms equipped with everything necessary for guests. Spacious, comfortable, high-quality and with love for visitors. Not a single flaw is visible. As soon as the construction and finishing works were completed, the owner of the house invited guests - show business colleagues composer Maxim Fadeev, rapper Basta, singers Sergey Lazarev and Emin Agalarov, his wards from the production center Niko Neman, Sharif, Alina Grosu, as well as journalists. Grigory himself met the guests, treated them and gave a tour of the house. - Everything was not easy, it required both money and time, - the singer shared with Woman's Day. - Over the five years of construction, several contractors changed. For various reasons. I can't say that I am happy with everything, but I am glad that people like it. Everything here is really high-quality. From materials and furniture to my engravings, which I have been collecting for many years. And a separate story is the quality of the studios, their compliance with world standards. A professional from Los Angeles has already come, tested the equipment, edited the sound of the drums, placed them correctly. He said that everything was great. I trust the professionals, I do not fully understand everything myself, I can only evaluate the final result. I hope that people will come here to work, all the conditions for this are here.1/3The singer's wife Anna with her children Eva, Nicole andVanyaPhoto: Sergey Dzhevakhashvili/Antenna-TelesemLeps' studio, like his house, is built in the Thai stylePhoto: Elena ShatalovaAlina Grosu, a ward of Grigory Leps's production centerPhoto: Ruslan RoshchupkinLeps' colleague Sergey Lazarev also appreciated what he saw: - Beautiful halls, studios. Everything is done with all the heart, it is obvious that it was carefully thought out. Grigory is a professional, he understands and knows what is best. The studio has several rooms. And if you stay late, you can stay. Such care is very captivating. I was here a few months ago, Grigory showed how everything would be, and even then I understood the scale of what was planned. And now I have seen the final result. I want this huge space to be teeming with people all the time. It needs to be filled. That is what I wish for him. For the huge amount of effort and money invested to justify itself. And the production center was breathing deeply. The Moscow apartment where Leps' family lived for about seven years is still empty. "We'll probably do some renovations here and then decide what to do next," the owner of the house shared with Woman's Day. "I haven't been able to fully appreciate what it's like to live outside the city. We've only been here a week. But I hope everything will be fine."1/5The area in front of the house Photo:Sergey Dzhevakhashvili/Antenna – TelesemA professional musician from Los Angeles edited the sound of the drums Photo: Sergey Dzhevakhashvili/Antenna – TelesemRest rooms for guests who stayed overnightPhoto: Sergey Dzhevakhashvili/Antenna – TelesemYou can spend time in comfort in the rest roomsPhoto: Sergey Dzhevakhashvili/Antenna – TelesemA studio that meets world standardsPhoto: Sergey Dzhevakhashvili/Antenna – Telesem“I think Grisha will now spend more time at home,” Leps’s wife Anna admitted to Woman’s Day. “Although with a job like his, it’s hard to expect that. But it will definitely take less time to get to the place. Now it feels like your loved one is just in the next room. When he’s behind two walls, it’s almost like home. A week ago we completely moved out of our Moscow apartment, and of course, we had to completely change our lifestyle. The girls are studying. Eva is in the eighth grade, Nicole is in the second, but we did not change schools. We get up at 6:15. At 7 am, everyone has to sit in the car, and at 7:20 the children are already at school. Classes start at 8:30. So they open their books and prepare for lessons. So far, we are coping. Of course, the rhythm of life has changed in general. I don’t know how comfortable it has become, but the fact that it is new and different is definitely true. There is also a big plus. Now the children can spend more time outdoors and in those 15 minutes between classes, they can simply open the door and go mushroom picking. The forest is literally behind our house. They come with baskets full of huge porcini mushrooms. So potatoes with mushrooms are now always on the table! Well, the only downside is probably getting up early. But it is important to get into a routine, to get into the swing of things.
