Salmon zucchini rolls

Zucchini RollsPhoto: Getty ImagesYou will need (for 4 servings – 8 pcs.):salmon fillet – 200 gzucchini (or courgette) – 1 pc.vegetable oildill or parsley – 1 sprigsaltground pepper mixPreparation:Instead of salmon, you can use salmon or trout. Lightly salted fish will also work, but in this case, do not salt the zucchini slices1. Wash the zucchini, cut into very thin, wide strips.2. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes, salt and pepper.3. Wrap the bars in zucchini strips, pin with skewers, place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 170° C. 4.
