On the way, my daughter was brought to her grandmother. And, without knowing it, I lost precious minutes. “On the way to the clinic, I realized that I wasn’t even fighting, but the real attempts had begun,” Rayleen describes a critical situation. “While my fiance was on the phone with the 911 service, I somehow pulled off my pants, underwear, and saw that the head had already appeared.”

"For seven minutes - that was how long they had to get to the hospital - Rayleen seemed like an eternity . All this time he was sitting without moving, holding the baby in his arms, which was still connected with her umbilical cord. She exhaled only when she saw the familiar face of her doctor near the car.

And it most often happens during a cesarean section. “I’m sure he’ll be an amazing little person,” says the happy mother. Now the baby is still in the hospital, because the boy – yes, it’s a boy – was born very premature. But he will probably be discharged soon – Raylene is breastfeeding the baby, and he is gaining weight well. The older sister has already met her brother: the whole family visits the baby. They named the boy after his dad – Ewan Jr. “Grow up, our little one!” the mother writes, posting a photo of her hurry-up on social media. The boy seems to be listening – he is growing well.
