If the child refuses to eat, it is necessary to change the product or postpone complementary feeding for a week. 4. It is not recommended to add salt or sugar to vegetable purees. A child perceives the taste of dishes in a special way, so he should understand what the products are. 5. When buying factory-made puree, carefully study the composition. Make sure that the manufacturer uses only vegetables and water to prepare the product. 6. Vegetable puree can be prepared at home. Use products that were grown in your area.
