On the night of 8 to 9 August in Moscow endedcontest "Mrs. Russia - 2015". For the title of the most charming and attractive married woman of the country fought 15 beauties aged 22 to 43 years. Obligatory conditions for participation in the contest were "stamp in the passport" and the presence of at least a baby. 37-year-old Ekaterina Kirmel was out of competition: she has six children! The most beautiful mother of Russia brings up two boys and four girls. Rule number 1. Do not wait for a miracle - act

“During each pregnancy I gained about17 kg, - says Ekaterina. - And all six times I managed to lose the extra kilos in less than six months. There is one secret: you don’t need to sit and wait for the body to recover on its own. Without physical exercise and normal nutrition, your figure will not be the same. As for food, I completely trust the system of fitness nutritionist Zina Rudenko: eat small portions, do not put butter in porridge, do not salt food. Thanks to her advice, I quickly returned to my parameters each time. In addition, I am a vegetarian. No meat or eggs, I eat only dairy products, steamed vegetables, porridge, casseroles. I also try not to eat in cafes and restaurants, and if I suddenly get hungry, I buy kefir, fermented baked milk and regular bagels. Regarding physical exercise, special thanks to instructor Sergei Karandashov. He taught me to treat my body with care. After all, many girls come to the gym after giving birth and get down to business with enthusiasm – they lift heavy weights, put a lot of strain on their spine, and as a result they get injured and look even worse.
