- Several small zucchini
- Garlic
- Red hot pepper
- Mint
- Olive oil
- Lemon
Using a vegetable peeler, slice the zucchini lengthwisethinner slices are possible. Place these slices on a grill pan or a real grill and lightly fry on each side.
