Free education for children

A child is a person under the age of 18 years. School education in our country is provided free of charge. Education in the school is divided into primary, basic and secondary.   • School education should disclose differentabilities of children. In the process of teaching the child, it is necessary to instil respect for parents, the environment, the culture of not only their own country, but also of other states.
  • It is inadmissible to infringe on national, sexual, religious and any other grounds.

Our state guarantees accessibilityeducation for all its citizens. It does not matter the nationality, sex or origin of a person. A person can get education with any social and material situation.

Getting a child education is the responsibility of parents

According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, every child is obligedget a basic general education. Parents are required to monitor the attendance of children by the school. If parents do not fulfill this duty, they will be punished:

  • Administrative - the payment of a fine.
  • Criminal - payment of a fine, correctional labor, arrest.

School attendance by children is a musttheir upbringing. Thus, the state, as well as their parents, is responsible for providing children with the necessary education. The state provides the child with a place in the school and finances the education process. And parents control that children regularly attend school and do their homework.
