Free education for children

It states that:

It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their child receives an education.

According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, every child is obligedreceive basic general education. Parents are obliged to monitor their children's attendance at educational institutions. If parents fail to fulfill this obligation, they will be punished:

  • Criminal - payment of a fine, correctional labor, arrest.
