Free education for children
A child is a person under 18 years of age.School education in our country is provided free of charge. Education at school is divided into primary, basic and secondary. A child, if desired, can replace secondary school education with secondary vocational education.

- The state is obliged to provide free of chargeeach child with a place in an educational institution for compulsory primary education and a general secondary education. A child with developmental features has the right to a place in a specialized educational institution.
- Teachers should respect the dignity of the child, not to cause him physical or moral pain.
- As a result of schooling, a well-rounded personality must be formed.
- The school must be state or municipal, and its funding comes from the means of the corresponding budget.
- School education should disclose differentabilities of children. In the process of teaching the child, it is necessary to instil respect for parents, the environment, the culture of not only their own country, but also of other states.
- It is inadmissible to infringe on national, sexual, religious and any other grounds.
Our state guarantees accessibilityeducation to all its citizens. In this case, the nationality, gender or origin of the person does not matter. A person with any social and material status can receive an education.
It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their child receives an education.
According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, every child is obligedreceive basic general education. Parents are obliged to monitor their children's attendance at educational institutions. If parents fail to fulfill this obligation, they will be punished:
- Administrative - payment of a fine.
- Criminal - payment of a fine, correctional labor, arrest.
Children's attendance at school is mandatorythe condition of their upbringing. Thus, the state and their parents are responsible for providing children with the necessary education. The state provides the child with a place in school and finances the educational process. And parents make sure that their children attend school regularly and do their homework.
