"The world of books on the Penza land"

It aims to introduce the population of the city to reading. More than twenty organizations and institutions, well-known representatives of science, education and culture of the Penza region, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Ulyanovsk will take part in the exhibition-fair and events of the cultural program. Also within the walls of the Penza Regional Library will be held and an extensive cultural program, which will include meetings with writers and the presentation of new books.
